Stage 2 Comoy's Restoration

The Bowl i lightly buffed it to clean it then carnaubra waxed it wow what a shine then i used Dunhill briar polish.
I then polished the stem to a high sheen. This pipe is nice and clean inside just a light ream was needed.

The pics don't do it justice.

A true credit to its previous owner [ Hobo Hoot ]
Going to pack it up and smoke it soon.

Butz-Choquin Corsa (pear)

I didn't even know this one was in my collection. Gave it a quick polish this afternoon, but no carnauba yet, should be here next week in the post. This is a lovely pipe, more golden brown than reddish (I'm still playing with white balance to get he colour right). Old briar, lovely grain, great finish and lovely feel in the hand. All in all a lovely pipe. Enjoy!

Stage 1 Comoy's restoration

Sanded the stem with 1500 grit wet and dry removed all the oxidization and the very light bite marks.

One of tonights pipe's

It is a Danish Sovereign 126.

The 'Friend of Briar' Award

This is the 'Friend of Briar' award pipe.
I would like to start by thanking Hobo Hoot for his continuing generosity.
The  Comoy's Tradition 363 made in London England.
This is a very classy pipe so light only 29.07 grams including the bit wow as Hobo Hoot said light briar = highest quality.
I will post pictures of the restoration when i'm finished.
And any information i find out about it.

It will look like a million dollars when finished.
