Prince of Wales
The name "Prince of Wales" was used at times by GBD for a sub-brand.
English made Prince of Wales which bear the Scottish flag (X-shaped cross representing the cross of the Christian martyr Saint Andrew, the patron saint of Scotland) as logo.Do you know anything HH.

Don't know much more than you posted, but that is a nice looking bit of briar. Good tight grain, good birdseye, lovely shape - what's not to like? The fill, well there it is. If it is a second that's the reason and in the end you have good GBD quality smoke for very little money. I like it!
ReplyDeleteForgot to say that it came from a garage sale i paid $2 for it still packed with a 1/2 smoked bowl of tobacco.

Apart from that it was new.
Damn, you scored there then, I've never gotten a pipe that good from a garage sale!
