I drilled the bowl and started to
Bore the chamber as i don't have a drill big enough.
Disaster struck the tool grabbed POW ZAP BANG.
And it was over.  

Not all days are golden.
Shame because my new chuck is working so well.

Ok now i am going to make some pipes.

Independent 4 jaw metal lathe chuck.
125mm / 5kg.
This chuck will hold 7mm to 150mm with the jaws reversed

Mounted to my wood lathe face plate.

I mounted a pipe stem blank in the chuck.
Works well and runs nice and true.

Time to stand back look at my good work and have a
pipe.
