Is the clay starting to colour at all? May not have been smoked enough yet, but now that it's in the rotation I'll bet it will colour quickly. Can't wait to see if it goes black and greasy.
Personally, I'd say the quality of the clay used is pretty good, what do you think? Also, the clays were a bit soft, has yours hardened with use?
Yea its the plug. Well its getting dirty on the out side and blackening on the inside. The clay is white earthenware so the expert said [ Andrea ]. It wont get any harder. Just a lot of care is needed
