Pablo Casals was a Spanish Catalan cellist and conductor. He is generally regarded as the pre-eminent cellist of the first half of the 20th century, and one of the greatest cellists of all time.

Hobohoot gave this pipe to me on his last Brisbane trip thanks Hoot.
It is my only sand blasted pipe.
As with all my Peterson pipes i now have 6 "Thanks Hoot"
It's a great smoker.

Alco bowl turning.

Just finished turning a bowl for my Alco pipe.
My O-Ring system works perfectly.
And can be used for any pipe with a screw on bowl.
The bowls screw on tight as normal and seal perfectly.
I almost exclusively smoke my Falcon pipe with bowls that i have turned and know it takes a lot of use before the o-ring wears out.
O-rings cost a few cents each and are easy to get.
The bowls start to colour after a few smokes and turn quite dark.
The only finish i use is pure carnauba wax and i don't use fillers.
Some blocks have imperfections in them but it just adds character and does not affect how they smoke.
